Sean Healy
City of Guilds and Advance City of Guild in
Carpentry and Joinery.
Sean is a carpenter and joiner by trade having served a 7 year apprenticeship with Costain in 1985. Sean has experience in all
aspects of carpentry and joinery and of the construction industry. He has worked for
family company Casealy Shoffitting specialising in structural glazing,
Pilkington planar system and curtain wall systems. Working both in the UK and
Europe on many prestige contacts including Disney World Paris' tea cup ride. Sena has run a successful carpentry based construction company for over 21 years and for
the last 10 years estimating, procurement and project management.
Peter Dawson

Peter has over 15 year’s experience working within several areas of the construction
industry including, industrial, commercial and domestic. He has project managed many highly succesful builds and is extremely well versed in all aspects of
domestic building from excavation of the footings to foundations , drainage and
the varying methods of wall construction, roofing and interior fit outs. Peter backs this up with a qualified background in first and second fix carpentry and joinery along with
part P electrical qualifications and good understanding in heating and plumbing.
Roger Gildea

Institute of Building (MCIOB) since 1995, BSc Construction Engineering & Management, HS&QA / Procurement , ISO 9001,ISO 14001 and Achilles
Roger has extensive experience in the civil
engineering, construction and fit out sectors. His expertise includes bidding & estimating, strategyic planning, value
engineering, group motivation, contract negotiation,
claims, alternative dispute resolution and project management. He uses his expereince and skills to ensure that projects meet financial and quality targets.
Roger has worked
on many large contracts including:
Gilbert Bain Hospital, Shetland - Complete external refurbishment including
external wall insulation, roofing, windows and installation of Cathodic
Protection system on a working hospital. Project Value - £5Million.
London Borough of Haringey – Construction of new leisure centre at Tottenham
Green – Project Value £11Million. Setting out of all
elements of work for Sub-Contractors. Working as assistant
site agent, then assistant quantity surveyor supervising all trades.
Cazenove HQ London – Drylining and specialist Suspended Ceilings to new build
premises for bank over seven floors, including curved auditorium for Bovis Lend
Lease – Overall Project Value - £10Million. Responsible for pricing
negotiating, project management and agreeing Final Account
